In this  Episode of Season 2, Gideon is confronted by the most vicious killer in his entire career. The BAU team meets the killer in the Nevada desert, but abstains from arresting him, so that they could extract information regarding the whereabouts of a woman he has abducted. The breakthrough in the investigations is achieved when Prentiss is acquainted with the fact that Jane’s whistle is a rib bone. They visit her house only to find all kinds of wind chimes made from the bones of Frank’s victims. They are led to the backyard where they find Frank’s sterile trailer where he carried out all his “surgeries” to kill the victims. Frank had been a murderer for years, and Jane is the only victim fortunate enough to be alive. Frank was obsessed with Jane, and was willing to return the children in the bus which he had hijacked. There is one hilarious exchange between Hotch and Reid where Hotch asks Reid to define love, and Reid replies, saying, ” Chemically, it involves surging brain elements called monamines, dopamines, norepinephrine, and serotonin.
