In This Episode of Season 2,The BAU team is assigned the job of uncovering the profile of a serial rapist who had had attacked young women at religious schools, and had gone undercover. However, he soon resumes his attacks, but now on women in a different area. One interesting scene is where Reid walks into Elle’s hotel room, and asks her to unburden herself by talking to him. The breakthrough in the investigations is achieved while studying the case of a victim who had discovered that she had become pregnant after the rape, and consequently killed herself. They deduce that all the case had one common link, namely, a fertility clinic. At the fertility clinic, the team finds out that each patient was required to fill out a questionnaire which was submitted to ‘First Hand Media’; the culprit could extract all personal information regarding the victim through these forms. Elle falters during the investigation process, resulting in insufficient proof to implicate the culprit. Later on, she ends up killing him during an altercation. Fortunately she gets cleared off the charges against her by falsely claiming that the act was done in self-defense. The culprit is a certain employee of First Hand Media, William Lee. The reason: He couldn’t cling onto his job and was burdened with the additional task of tending to the special needs of his mother who was suffering from pancreatic cancer.
